Ir. Albert-Jan Egmond (1969) after his Delft study Process Technology in Mining Engineering, he worked in industrial service company Stork Ketels and telecommunications company Ascom. In the past years he has started a number of companies and also led to the development of a reputable recruitment agency. Albert-Jan has been active as a headhunter in the plant, industry and energy for a long time. From his own experience in this industry, he knows the market and has an extensive network. He believes that focus for a headhunter is essential to create value for their clients. Albert-Jan likes to play fieldhockey and squash and has a family with two children, and a dog.
