Confidentiality is our top priority for us this has several aspects:

Confidentiality for clients 
We have extensive experience in the search for the replacement of managers, directors or other key employees at a stage where customers, employees, or even the person in place is not aware. Confidentiality and caution in the case of such highly sensitive situations are of course not taken lightly.

Confidentiality for candidates 
We realize that an interview with us you can be a very sensitive issue. In our contacts with you confidentially is our priority. Our interviews, contact and your data will of course be treated confidentially. We will NEVER share your data with third parties without your prior consent.

We comply to rules in accordance with the Dutch Privacy Protection Act.
